APPLY FOR A POLICE CHECK

Encompass Church places a high importance on making our church a safe place. Some volunteer roles are required to have a Police Check issued within the last three years. 

Your Ministry Leader will be able to advise you on whether you are required to have a Police Check

If you have a Police Check issued within the last two years, please provide details to kgraham@encompass.org.au at your earliest convenience. If you do not have a Police Check, please follow the steps below to apply.

The cost of the Police Check will be covered by Encompass Church.
 

HOW TO APPLY

1.  Download the application form below, or visit the Victoria Police website HERE:
2. Fill in the application form (leaving out Sections D & E)
3. Collect original proof of identity documents (to total 100 points)
4. Get a certified person to witness your documents.
5. Once you have completed the form, you can hand it in to the church office and we will arrange payment before sending it off.
